2. From What Sources Is My Information Collected?

Primarily, personal data is collected from the user themselves when making a contract, order, or registration, or later during the customer relationship. 4. How Is My Information Stored and Protected?

We process and store the information provided by the user, which can identify the customer (such as profile and contact information) and information observed and derived from the use of the service securely. We use necessary technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, destruction, or other unauthorized processing. 5. How Long Is My Information Stored?

The marketing register is valid for one year from the previous action. In some service communication sections, such as discussion forums and public feedback, the user's nickname and related user-generated content may remain visible even after the customer relationship ends.
