My Background

Enlisting at 17, I became a combat fitness leader. Post-military, I moved to Thailand, then Finland for love. As an entrepreneur, I launched ''Fitmeals,'' later ''Shitmeals,'' gaining business insights. Founding Performance Unit impacted 2200+ lives. Meetit emerged, specialising in risk-free sales meetings within 7 days. With 70+ health and fitness certifications, a military engineering background, and business education, I blend coaching and undercover nerdiness. Beyond work, I'm a reader, writer, wanna-be athlete, family man, meme lover, and aspiring metro floor cleaner.

Personal Journey

After six years in the military, I ventured to Thailand to run training camps, eventually finding my reason to relocate to Finland—a (typical love story).

Entrepreneurial Ventures

In Finland, I launched ''Fitmeals,'' (later dubbed shit meals) a healthy meal prep company, learning valuable lessons in business. Recognizing my true calling in health and fitness, I pivoted to found Performance Unit, a venture that has impacted 1200+ lives, boasting a team of over 50 across three locations within Finland.
